Placing an order


Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS from our Customer Service to ensure the order has been received and is being processed.
Orders are only confirmed for shipment once Customer Service has contacted you to confirm your orders accuracy and/or offer alternatives.
Once your order has been confirmed by Customer Service, we will begin assembling the order for delivery. You will receive a Shipment notification via email or SMS when your order is out for delivery.

Please note, your order will not be confirmed or shipped until Customer Service has contacted you.
We will continue to contact you for 2 working days from the date of order placed after which the order will be cancelled if not confirmed.


Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available products and if the products in the order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement products.

You will be informed by Customer Service in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason or if the order is cancelled at the earliest knowledge of the issue.


Your order should be delivered within 10 business days upon receiving confirmation by Customer Service.

Please do not accept the shipment (s) if the package appears to be opened or tampered with.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery in Lahore is 1-2 working days from date of order confirmation via Customer Service.*
Same day delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm.**

Delivery in All Other Cities is 3-5 working days from date of order confirmation via Customer Service.*
Rs. 200 delivery charge.

Pre order products are subject to separate individual delivery times exclusive of those above.

Please note delivery times are subject to change depending on individual orders, national rules, climate & product availability.

 

*HKarimBuksh does not guarantee delivery in the exact timeline provided on orders considered undeliverable in the time frame.

**HKarimBuksh.com does not guarantee same day delivery on orders placed before 12pm and holds the right to refuse same day delivery on orders considered undeliverable in the time frame. 

 

Right to Refusal & Liabilities

HKarimBuksh.com holds the right to refuse orders placed by any customer at any point in the ordering process, this includes;
a. customer unreachable by Customer Service to confirm order
b. order placed and received confirmation email or SMS or
c. order placed and received Customer Service confirmation or
d. order placed and received shipment confirmation email or SMS or
e. customer is hostile, making threats or inappropriate behavior towards Customer Service or Delivery Riders of any kind at any time before or after an order placed has received confirmation and shipment email or SMS. 

In case an order is refused by HKarimBuksh.com under this category, any advance payment made by the customer will be refunded within 5 working days.

HKarimBuksh.com will not be liable for any of the following;
a. any loss incurred by a customer upon refusal of order or
b. unsuccessful delivery made to an unavailable customer or
c. failure to confirm order by customer via Customer Service or
d. delay in order delivery in circumstances beyond the control of HKarimBuksh.com or
e. product unavailability.
